Biography
Bojan-Ilija Schnabl; Encyclopaedist, author of some 900 bibliographical entries, both scientific and literary, mostly in German, French, Slovenian (as well as in English, Serbo-Croatian (BCS) & Italian)
Studies: Vienna (Mag. Phil. simultaneous interpretation French, Spanish), Klagenfurt/Celovec (MAS in NPM); Maribor (PhD in modern history); Vienna (1st degree in law)

About me
Born 1965 in Vienna (Austria) in a multicultural educational environment (Lycée français de Vienne). Studied at the universities in Vienna, Paris (II ASSAS, III ESIT), Klagenfurt and Maribor. Has achieved three full scientific degrees: 1.) Magister Phil. in French, Spanish (UNESCO World Heritage terminology), 2.) Masters in Public Management (strategic management in BiH municipalities) and 3.) PhD in Modern History (Carinthian constitutional history) as well as additionally 4.) a first degree in law.
Edited as a magnum opus an intercultural and transdisciplinary Encyclopaedia of the Slovenian regional cultural history of Carinthia as well as a number of independent literary works in Slovenian (short stories), German (short stories) and Frensh (poems).
Has a strong professional governance background both on local as well as on European level (internship at the UNESCO WHC, assistant in the European Parliament, Democratisation Officer and Head of Office in the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, employee of the City of Vienna). Works since 2015 for the City of Vienna in the housing department on strategic (EU) projects (communication).
Has about 900 bibliographical entries (genuine own works & translations) including some 270 blog entries on www.smartertogether.at and its final report.
Speaks and works in seven languages: German, English, Slovenian, French, Serbo-Croatian (BCS), Spanish, Italian.
